The Perfect Occasion…

So, we finally got around to opening a wine that we’ve saved for about two years.  It’s a Hanna’s Bismark Mountain Vineyard 2001 Cab, and we enjoyed it with a medium-rare Filet Mignon.  Tasting notes:  It was yum!
